The cooler bags and ice packs are specifically for delivery purposes and are not provided to customers for personal use. Instead, they will be collected by our delivery drivers on subsequent deliveries. If you opt for doorstep delivery, we'll leave your order in these cooler bags with an ice pack, and we kindly request that you hold onto them for us to pick up next time.
